Virginia M. Fleegle

Virginia M. Fleegle , 88 of Zanesville died at 2:25 A.M. on Monday, March 12, 2018 at the Cedar Hill Care Center.

She was born on Sunday, September 15, 1929 in Philo, OH the daughter of William T. and Mae M. Hamilton Sayre.

Virginia was a member of Duncan Falls United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. She worked at Mosaic Tile, J.C. Penny and Genesis Food Service.

She is survived by a son Judge Mark C. (Diana) Fleegle; a daughter Lynn A. (Stephen) McGlade; five grandchildren, Matt Shinn, Curtis Shinn, Stephen R. McGlade Jr., Russel (Lianne) McGlade, and Trent (Jean) McGlade; eight great grandchildren, Alex Shinn, Tom Reid, Hunter Shinn, Lauren, Brittany, Ryan Oliver, Taylor, and Declan McGlade; a Brother-in-law, Robert (Linda) Fleegle; nieces, Penny(Ron) Wanless, Charla Roe, and Polly (Don) Willis.

In addition to her parents Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Carl “Kurt” Fleegle; brothers Charles Sayre and Paul Sayre; and Sister-in-laws, Gladys Sayre and Alice Sayre.

Friends may call 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Bryan and Hardwick Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Bryan and Hardwick Funeral Home with Pastor Karen Osborn officiating.
