Donna Jean Tanner

Donna Jean Tanner, 84 of Zanesville died peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the Brookdale Assisted Living.

She was born March 26, 1937 in Zanesville the daughter of Herbert Kronenbitter and Eva Green Kronenbitter.

Donna was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and along with her husband and family was part owner of Roto Rooter business in Zanesville, now EnviroFlow companies. She was a sweet loving mother to her children with whom she leaves many happy memories.  Donna was married to her soul mate for 53 years whom she supported and loved dearly. Her grandchildren enjoyed her high-energy and young-at-heart spirit. She had a great sense of humor, quick-wit and was always smiling. She will be dearly missed by all.

She is survived by, two daughters, Susan Jenkins; Lisa (Tim) Cox; a son, Jeff M. (Elaine) Tanner; Grandchildren; Arena (Jon) Bay, Cade (Chelsea) Tanner, Michael Jenkins, Hailey Jenkins; Chase McDonald; Season McDonald and Tanner McDonald; Great Grandchildren, Charlie Belle Bay, Navy Grandstaff, Aisla McDonald and Nora Tanner; 2 sisters-in-law, Margaret Kronenbitter and Sharon Tanner; and a niece, Kathy Sealover.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband Richard M. Tanner; three brothers, Bill Kronenbitter, Jim Kronenbitter and Gary Kronenbitter, and a sister, Kathleen Kronenbitter.

Donna will be laid to rest next to her husband in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery at a private burial ceremony.
