Clyde G. Dudley, 91 of Zanesville died at 8:30 AM Saturday, December 23, 2017 at the Clay Gardens Place.
He was born on Saturday, January 2, 1926 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of Pearl Dudley and Mabel (Staker) Dudley.
Clyde was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church a WWII Navy Veteran and retired in 1988 after many years of service as a Bookkeeper & Clerk in the electrical department of the Roekel Company in Zanesville. He was also a lifetime member of the VFW Post 1058.
He is survived by, two daughters, Gail (Richard) Fouts of Frankenmuth, MI and Donna (Tom) Dickson of Zanesville; one son, Jon (Dawn) Dudley of Frametown, WV; Grandchildren, Sara (Tom) Keller, Richard (Maren) Fouts, T.J. (Samantha Harter) Dickson, Rachel Dickson, Eric Dudley, Will Dudley and Sarah Dudley; Great Grandchildren; Tara Keller, Tiffany Keller, Alean Fouts and Raymond Fouts; and his faithful dog, “Spot”. Clyde was preceded in death in addition to his parents by his wife Alean L. (Ewing) Dudley.
Friends may call 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with funeral service being held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church with one hour visitation prior to service. Burial with Military Honors will conclude at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
