Irma Wishard, 101 of Zanesville and formerly of Portland, Oregon died 6:00 AM Monday, Nov. 13, 2017 at Genesis Health Care.
There will be no visitation or funeral services and burial will take place at the Willamette National Cemetery in Portland Oregon at a later date.
